RCITT: the Regional Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer Co. Ltd.

RCITT Ltd. was established as a non-profit organization on 18 December 2001. Its founders are:
  • Marshal Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship,
  • Kielce Municipal Office,
  • Kielce University of Technology,
  • Old-Polish Chamber of Industry and Commerce

Currently RCITT’s  owners are:

RCITT’s mission
Representing the institutions of public trust,  Regional Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer Co. Ltd. lays great emphasis on professional customer care. Our priority is to satisfy our customers by meeting their demands and providing them with the best quality service. We attach major importance to partnership and friendly relations with our customers.

We employ the following strategies to fulfill our aims:
  • Developing staff awareness of customer demands and the ways of meeting them,
  • Permanent improvement of quality assurance  system,
  • Employing competent, reliable experts,
  • Keeping up with current regulations and information thus smoothing the way for efficient customer service (law, finances, banking, grants, funds etc.),
  • Participation in the National Service System with the aim to support SMEs on a  partnership basis as well as to supply them with a comprehensive offer of high-quality services,
  • Participation in National and European Innovation Network (KSI and EEN) in order to provide customers with high quality services based upon information dissemination and innovative technologies,
  • Participation in the national network of information points within EU’s 6th Framework Program to inform SMEs about research programs,
  • Taking part and implementing projects aimed at the development of the Świętokrzyski Region(”Regional Innovation Strategy”, ”E-government”, “Biomass Production and Processing for Energetic Purposes in the Świętokrzyski Region”),
  • Running trainings, courses and seminars on quality assurance  systems, environmental management, occupational safety and hygiene, HACCP system, applying for EU funds, continuous education, renewable energy sources, innovation and technology transfer,
  • Co-launching  post-diploma courses on quality assurance .
Quality Policy aims to create friendly atmosphere and favourable conditions so that customer demand can be satisfied.
It is guaranteed by implemented and improved quality assurance  system consistent with PN-EN ISO 9001:2001.
